Horlick Motor-Generator Sets

The Horlick Company manufactures motor-generator sets to be used for both Motor Generators from The Horlick Company

frequency conversion and load-isolation. Given either a 50 or 60 Hz input, our standard motor-generator sets deliver an output frequency of 50, 60, or 400 Hz. For custom applications, we can provide units that can deliver an output frequency that varies from 45-800 Hz. Depending on the application, we manufacture units that range in capacity from 5KW up to 2MW. For all of our units, the output capacity, output phase, and input and output voltage can be modified for your specific application.

Horlick motor-generator sets are equipped with a standard control system that can be unit-mounted, wall-mounted or free standing. The components in the control system perform the functions necessary to operate, monitor and protect the units. We offer a number of options with our motor-generator sets to include mounting them in a weather-resistant enclosure, in a sound-reduced enclosure or on a trailer. Along with this, we offer control panel options to include a reduced voltage starter, stator reconnection switch, or digital meter package as a minimum.
